1. For New Aadhaar Enrolment

You need:

• Proof of Identity (POI)
  PAN card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Ration Card, Government ID

• Proof of Address (POA)
  Passport, Bank Statement, Utility Bill, Driving Licence, Ration Card

• Date of Birth Proof (DOB)
  Birth Certificate, Passport, SSC mark sheet, PAN card (with DOB)

2. For Aadhaar Update

Depending on what you update:
